Our blue lotus flowers are wild harvested based on seasonality and sourced from hand selected locations including Australia, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Tea Ingredients:

1 to 2 Blue Lotus flowers
1 cup (250 mL) of hot water (not boiling)
Optional: Honey, lemon, or cinnamon for added flavor
Instructions:

Boil Water – Heat water to about (88°C). Avoid boiling water, as it can destroy some of the delicate compounds in the Blue Lotus.

Steep the Flowers – Place the dried Blue Lotus flowers and stamens in a tea infuser, tea bag, or directly in a cup. Pour the hot water over the flowers.

Steeping Time – Let the tea steep for 5 to 10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor and effects.

Strain & Serve – If you steeped the flowers loose, strain the tea into another cup to remove the petals.

Enhance the Flavor (Optional) – Add honey, lemon, or cinnamon to taste for a more enjoyable experience.

Tip: For a stronger relaxation effect, you can steep the flowers for up to 15 minutes or brew a second batch with the same flowers.
